We are looking for an experienced and talented Head therapist & SPA Manager to run our Boutique hotel’s spa located in the lush Azorean Island of São Miguel.
The candidate is expected to manage the daily operation of our spa, continuous development of our range of offers, and focus on quality control and exceptional guest experience.
Other responsabilities include:
– managing stocks
– schedulling freelancer therapists according to demand.
– Team management and training.
Requirements:
– Have a proven track-record in managing a spa
– Have exceptional massage skills in a wide range of therapies
– Portuguese speaking is a plus, however, it is not mandatory as our customer base is over 80% foreign
– The candidate will need to have their own means of tranportation.
